ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ОБРОБКИ ІНТЕРМОДАЛЬНИХ ТРАНСПОРТНИХ ОДИНИЦЬ В КОНЦЕПЦІЇ «SINGLE WINDOW»
Анотація
У статті розглядаються операції, які відбуваються на морському контейнерному терміналі в контексті єдиної системи обміну інформації між учасниками інтермодального перевезення вантажів. Дослідження ставить на меті формалізацію процесу обробки вантажів на контейнерному терміналі морського порту через апарат темпоральної логіки, який дозволяє розподілити процеси, необхідні для оформлення вантажних партій на терміналі морському порту, відповідно до причинно-наслідкових зав’язків в часі. Актуальність роботи пояснюється стрімким розвитком контейнеризації, загальним зростанням попиту на перевезення в інтермодальних транспортних одиницях з боку вантажовласників. Важливість дослідження також пояснюється неможливістю обробки інтермодальних одиниць спеціалізованими контейнерними терміналами внаслідок військової агресії і необхідністю транспортного забезпечення потреб країни через неспеціалізовані порти із слабкою автоматизацією процесів обробки вантажів. Доцільність впровадження систем «single window» для інтермодальних перевезень підтверджується складністю таких систем транспортування: наявністю декількох видів транспорту, вимогою високого ступеня інтеграції учасників перевезень, жорсткими обмеженнями за часом. Практичне значення представленої формалізації надає уяву про алгоритм обробки вантажів, сприяє якісній постановці завдання на проєктування програмних рішень з обміну інформацією на контейнерних терміналах, які скорочують процес обробки вантажів шляхом спрощення документообігу.
