License terms: All materials are subject to license a Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
In all cases, the availability of a bibliographic link to an article or hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is compulsory.
Archiving
A journal’s plan for electronic backup and preservation of access to the journal content in the event a journal is no longer published:
The journal is archived in National library of Ukraine; all the contents can still be accessed even if the journal is no longer published.
The full text of the journal is also available in Index Copernicus of Poland.
License Agreement
Open Access
The journal adheres to an open access policy. All articles are permanently and freely available immediately after publication.
Full text access to scientific articles in real time is provided on the official website of the journal in the All Issues section.
This complies with the definition of open access from BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative). The journal's licensing policy is compatible with international principles of open access and archiving of materials.
Copyright
Authors whose articles are published in the journal retain the copyright to the content of their works.
The publisher is granted the right of first publication of the article.
By submitting material to the editorial office, the author confirms that the article:
- does not infringe the copyright of other persons or organisations;
- has not been previously published in any other publication;
- has not been submitted for consideration to other publications.
Licence conditions
All materials are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 International licence.
This licence allows you to:
- copy, adapt, display, distribute and reuse the content;
- translate and commercially use the content;
- publish printed and electronic versions of articles;
- translate articles into English (for materials submitted in Ukrainian) and distribute the translation;
- archive electronic versions of articles in any databases, repositories or websites.
It is mandatory to indicate authorship and provide a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal.
Public Agreement
On the Procedure for Publishing Author's Articles

- This Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the procedure for publishing author's articles in the journal “Transport Systems and Technologies”.

- The Agreement is offered on the terms and conditions of a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of In particular, publication of the text of this Agreement on the official website of the journal “Transport Systems and Technologies” constitutes an offer addressed to an indefinite circle of persons in order to conclude an agreement on the terms and conditions specified herein.
- The Agreement is concluded by the author's accession to the Agreement, that is, by accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full, without any conditions, exceptions, and reservations (Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine), after prior coordinated approval of the content of the article between the author and the editorial

- The author retains the copyright to his work, and the publisher has the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY, including among others:
-to publish the article in English and distribute its printed version;
-to translate the article in English (for articles in Ukrainian) and distribute the printed version of the translation;
-to distribute the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of the English translation of the article (for articles in Ukrainian) by any electronic means (placement on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).
- Confirmation of the distribution of the Licensor's and Licensee's rights is the fact of publication of the author's material in the “Transport Systems and Technologies”
- In case of non-performance or improper performance of obligations hereunder, the Parties hereto shall be held liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
- Disputes and disagreements that may arise in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties that concluded this Agreement.
- When performing the terms and conditions hereof, in everything else that does not contradict the terms and conditions hereunder, the Parties shall be guided by the legislation of Ukraine.
